Charter Hall

We went away with our good friends Joel and Kelley, Dale and Karla, Jonathan and Janelle, and Kent for three days last weekend to Charter Hall, which is located right on the Chesapeake Bay. It was a great time of relaxing, hanging out, eating, swimming and jet sking. Enjoy the Pics!

This is a side view of the building we stayed in. We each had our own rooms, as well as Michayla and Keziah. Lots of room to spread out!

We hung out a lot back here. It was absolutely beautiful and peaceful!

Right when we got there, Keziah (who is 6 months older than Michayla), and Michayla were so excited to play with their strollers. They pushed them around for quite some time as we were unloading all of the luggage.

Michayla at first would not get in any of the water, including the kiddy pool. However, as time went on she got more brave and eventually wanted in the big pool! It was cool to see her finally get the courage to get in the water.

Some people were able to try Wake boarding and skiing. However the prego woman just stayed put in the lounge chairs!

One of the guys found a turtle and brought it over to show to the girls. Michayla loved it and even was able to touch it!

General Update

Hey yall...just a quick update. Kevin and I are doing great! There is a lot going on in this season of our lives.

Our little guy will be here before we know it. Only ten weeks away...and counting! :) I am excited about the delivery process again, but nervous. Why? I don't know why I am nervous since I have been through it before, but I think it is just anxiety. Ugh! I have been to MANY yard sales and feel really stocked up on clothes for him! At least for the first year. :)

Currently our good friends Darryl and Kelley and their little girl Jorden are living with us. Darryl and Kelley are in the spare bedroom (what will be the nursery) and Jorden is in the office. They had to be out of their house June 1st, but couldn't move into their new one till July 1st. Therefore, they have been bunking with us just for a month. It has been a lot of fun to have them around. Kelley is a big help around the house during these last few weeks of me being prego! I really appreciate it! :)

We are going to the beach this weekend with everyone who works for the business. What fun it will be! We are going to one of the guys family beach house on the Chesapeake Bay. It seriously will be a lot of fun just hanging out and building deeper relationships outside of the work environment. I look forward to posting pictures of our time at the bay!

Then July 10-13 we are planning on heading to Indy! Yeah! I am excited to see my family again before the next baby comes. We are actually going to visit my biological father while we are there. It will be interesting visiting him because I have not seen him for so long and I hear he is not in the best health. We just feel like it is time to visit him again. We will see how it goes.
